What we offer

I want to learn a language that is not on offer. Is that possible?

Yes, we have a global network of teachers. Just get in touch with us.

Can individuals also take classes with Full Marks?

Certainly. As an individual, you also have many reasons to learn a language e.g. you have a house abroad, you want to be able to chat with your foreign in-laws, you travel often, you will soon be applying for a job in an international company, etc.

Do you also organise group classes?

No. To master a language, you need to practise it. You can only do that in one-to-one classes. In a group class, you don't get enough individual attention and there is a lot of wasted time.

What if I cannot attend a class?

If necessary, you can change or cancel a scheduled class up to 24 hours in advance.

Are books used?

Yes, before the first class, we will provide you with all the necessary books digitally.

Do I pay more if I take classes in the evening or at the weekend?

No, there is no extra charge.

What if my schedule looks completely different every week?

No problem. You can schedule the classes one week at a time.

Do I always take classes with the same teacher?

Yes, that is the most efficient way to learn.

Our method

I already have a basis in the language. Do you take that into account?

Of course. Before we start, we determine your level. We build on what you already know and can do.

Is it difficult for an absolute beginner to learn a language from a native speaker?

No, learning a language happens step by step. The first steps are small and therefore easy to understand and apply. The teacher also makes extensive use of visual teaching material.

My employees each have a different level. How do you handle this?

Since they are taught individually, this is not a problem.

I just want to practice my own phone calls to Spanish customers. Is that possible?

Yes. With the help of your product information etc. we will build the calls and practice them with you.

Course evaluation

Will I receive information about my employees' progress?

We write a report of each lesson. The report states what was covered in the lesson, what progress the trainee has made, etc. Lesson reports are delivered at the request of the client.

What if I am not satisfied?

If you are not satisfied with something, it is important to let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to ensure that the classes meet your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Do I have to take a test at the end of the course?

We only organise a test if the customer wants it. For longer courses, companies sometimes ask to take a test quarterly.
